Dry Coir Pith is passed through a Vibratory Sifter to remove long fibre and foreign particles

The Pith is passed through a wind tunnel for further cleaning. Sand / Stone & other impurities removed and the pith is grouped as per density

The cleared material is tested for EC and pH and cleanliness and passed for pressing
    
   
The clean Coir Pith is mixed with cut fibre as per customer requirement and then sent to the pressing machine
    
   
The clear coir pith is weighed in an Electronic Digital Weighing scale for accuracy and fed into the Hydraulic press for compaction

The pressed material from the press is checked for correction of weight and then passed on for packing

The finished goods are packed in pallets and stretch wrapped

* Coir pith production is carried out in two units belonging to the company in two different climatic zone. This way the company is able to supply the products round the year irrespective of the rainfall.
* The company can produce 5000 tonnes of compressed coir pith per annum.

SRI LANKA

* Our associate company can produce and supply 5000 tonnes of compressed coir pith from Sri Lanka.

The Promoters have nine years of experience in coir pith production. The promoters are Graduate and post Graduate in Agriculture and well versed with plant propagation and green house cultivation of Vegetables and flowers. It is one of the pioneer company in producing coir pith products exclusively and exporting from India. The company received the award for excellence in coir pith export from India for two consecutive years.
